How does Züsti! wash your home?
It all starts with the proper equipment. Züsti! uses a 3000 psi commercial pressure washer with an assortment of attachments, including a telescoping wand capable of reaching 30’ into the air.
Next, the technicians move all obstructions out of the way, including outdoor furniture, plants, decorations, etc. Sometimes this protection involves covering items with plastic dropcloths to protect them from moisture.
Starting with a small, out-of-the-way section of the home, the technician tests the home exterior to ensure it can withstand standard pressure washing force. At times, a home’s exterior is so weathered that it cannot be pressure washed. Usually that is not the case.
Once the test is complete, the home is covered with a cleaning solution using our “bubbler” attachment, which applies cleaning solution in high quantities.
After soaking for a minute or so, the exterior surface is pressure washed from the top down, removing dust, dirt, bird droppings and debris.
This process is repeated all around the home, including the underside of patios, entry ways, garage doors, etc.
Like all Züsti! services, once complete, the technician walks the job with the customer, ensuring all expectations were met.
Züsti! then returns all items to their original position and cleans up the work areas.
