Züsti! (pronounced zoo-stee) is Eastern European (Georgian, specifically) for precision. The Züsti! founders feel it represents a key element of Züsti!: precise implementation of services.
We also just like the way it sounds…Go ahead, say it out loud.
What services do I choose from when I create my Züsti! Subscription?
Züsti! customers choose from this list of services, covering an array of items related to the look, feel, safety and efficiency of your home.
Do I have to sign up for a Züsti! Subscription, or can I just order Züsti! for one or two specific items?
While it is a bit more cost effective to sign up for a Züsti! Subscription, Züsti! also offers single services, or a la carte services, such as window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing or clothes dryer exhaust duct cleaning. If you order two or more Zusti! Single Services, you automatically receive 20% off the total price.
Why does a Züsti! Subscription require a monthly charge if service is performed twice a year?
There are two reasons for this:
A Züsti! Subscription is more than just two service visits per year. A Züsti! Subscription is a comprehensive home maintenance assistant. What do we mean by this? Every Züsti! subscriber gets 24/7 access to our toll-free help line. If a Züsti! subscriber has any repair or maintenance need, a Züsti! staff member helps them find local, insured and licensed service provider, any time of the day or night. Züsti! listened to its customers, and was told time and again that they would not know what to do or who to call in many different (and all too common) situation. Think of Züsti! as a friend that knows what to do and who to call in any situation relating to your home.
As we navigate a challenging economic climate, cash flow is critical. Spreading the cost of a Züsti! Subscription over 12 months (instead of one or two lump sum payments a year) makes it more manageable for members.
How is Züsti! different from a maid or house cleaning professional?
Nearly every Züsti! service item requires tools, equipment, materials or process knowledge unfamiliar to the house cleaning professional. Have you ever seen a maid cleaning the gutters, or clearing the clothes dryer exhaust duct, or pulling out the major appliances to clean behind them and service their parts? Probably not. For Züsti! Single Services, one Züsti! technician can complete the job quickly and efficiently.
For a Züsti! Subscription service visit, the Züsti! vehicle is staffed by three technicians:
Crew Leader: responsible for interacting with the homeowner, conducting the more difficult and technical service tasks and ensuring top quality upon completion of the service visit.
Interior Technician: responsible for conducting Züsti! tasks specific to the interior of the home.
Exterior Technician: responsible for conducting Züsti! tasks specific to the exterior of the home. (Bet you saw that definition coming…)
What does the ZustiMobile look like? I’ve heard it’s very, very cool.
What does a Züsti! Subscription do other than twice-a-year maintenance on a home?
A Züsti! Subscription is so much more than twice-a-year maintenance. In addition to these maintenance visits, every Züsti! subscriber gets:
24/7 access to the Züsti! toll-free help line. This is a single phone number members call for any and every need on their home. Züsti! assists in finding local, insured, and licensed service providers completely vetted by Züsti! staff. (Including past client references).
A home maintenance summary upon the completion of each service visit. This summary becomes part of your complete home maintenance history report.
Access to Züsti! cleaning products and materials, delivered directly to your home on the day of your Züsti! service and billed, with your approval, directly to your Züsti! account.
Knowledge that all those little things you know you should be doing (cleaning the gutters, changing the furnace filter, flushing the water heater, clearing the clothes dryer exhaust duct, etc.) are being taken care of promptly and efficiently.
Can Züsti! perform services all over the US?
